The way of no path at all

Have you been searching? Is your soul yearning for something you can’t really explain? Can’t find answers that make sense?

Priests, gurus and masters say deep words but your heart doesn’t feel like its been healed. Medicine men, shamans, wizards and seers are wise but don’t have the answers you need.

There is no path
But the path
That is
No path at all

Maybe
No one has the answers
Because
Only you
Can choose peace

Only you
Can choose to
Accept what is

Instead of yearning
Rather than seeking
Let yourself go
Release your dreams
Which are full of emptiness

Desire for things that are only
Thoughts in your mind
Thoughts of why things aren’t right
And you feel so empty

For a moment
See if you can imagine
Perfection
See if you can know what
You really want
And then consider
Not asking questions with no answer


Let go
Accept the perfection

5 step program

1) Use your imagination:

  • Imagine there is no past, only memories created by your mind
  • Imagine the future is only a dream, related to your memories
  • Imagine everything you see and experience is a movie created by your mind

2) Use your dreams

  • When you are dreaming everything seems real but nothing can actually affect you
  • Remember when you are dreaming everything you experience is happening in you, by you and not to you
  • Apply this knowledge to your waking life

3) Use your breathing

  • Chant using your breath by pursing your lips and exhaling slowly while thinking along with your exhalation "Peace", next breath "Blessings", next breath "Joy" repeat as long as possible

4) Release all anger and fear

  • While you may be quite conditioned to experience these emotions they are completely optional and entirely created by you
  • Consider that over time they lose their importance, why force your self to experience so much time to heal

5) Accept the perfection that is

  • This is all there is
